Three projects: what was wrong, what we built and what changed. Two were built for clients, whose names we do not publish; the third is our own product.

Order processing for a national distributor of medical products.

Orders arrived by phone, email, PDF and EDI, and every one was re-keyed by hand alongside the supplier invoices. We built a sales and logistics platform that cut document processing from seventeen hours to under four.

Early access by invitationOur own product

TiraTax, our software for Making Tax Digital.

TiraTax keeps the books once and prepares Income Tax updates, VAT returns and Corporation Tax (CT600) from them, for sole traders, landlords, small companies and accountancy practices. It implements every software feature in HMRC’s MTD Income Tax comparison table. Every filing runs against HMRC’s test service or is switched off today.

Built for a school · Education

One system for a school that ran on five.

A private secondary school in London ran its daily administration on five separate systems. We built one management information system in their place, which gave teachers back hours every week and gave leadership a real-time view of the school.
