Order processing for a national distributor of medical products.

The problem
Orders arrived by phone, email, PDF and EDI, and every one was re-keyed by hand into the business’s systems, alongside the supplier invoices.
What we built
A sales and logistics platform connected to their accounting system: orders read from messages and documents, checked by an operator, then posted; agents on a live map, deliveries with GPS trip logs.
